Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: 1-1-26

At Impact Furniture, we take pride in offering high-quality furniture at competitive prices. Due to the nature of furniture products, we ask all customers to review measurements, colors, and product details carefully before purchasing.


🚫Returns

We do accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery or in-store pickup
• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• Items must be in new, resaleable condition
• Customer is responsible for return delivery or transportation

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, calculated from the original purchase price.

 

🔄Refunds

 

• Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item
• Refunds are processed minus the 30% restocking fee
• Original delivery and service fees are non-refundable

 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit, at Impact Furniture’s discretion.

 

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved based on inventory availability and are subject to the same 30% restocking fee and return conditions listed above.

 

🚫Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

 

• Assembled or used furniture
• Mattresses, bedding, and clearance items
• Special orders or custom items
• Floor models and display items

 


💰 Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, based on the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

📷 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

• Notify Impact Furniture within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

 

Impact Furniture may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange at its discretion. Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

 

💰Financed Purchases

This policy applies to all purchases, including financed, in-store, and online orders.

🚚 Exchange Logistics
   •    All exchanges must be coordinated in-store, unless otherwise arranged.
   •    The customer is responsible for returning the item to our Winton location or covering any transportation costs.

⚖️ California Consumer Notice

 

In accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723, Impact Furniture clearly discloses the following:

 

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms of this policy
• Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
• Return eligibility, fees, and conditions are disclosed prior to purchase
• This policy applies to all sales, unless otherwise required by California law

 

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.

⚖️Policy Enforcement

Impact Furniture reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above. This policy is enforced strictly to ensure fair pricing for all customers.
