🚫 No Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges only if the following conditions are met:
   •    The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
   •    You contact us within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up.
   •    The item is brought back to the store or you cover return shipping.

📌 Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

💰 Restocking Fee

All approved exchanges will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, based on the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

📷 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or exchange — at our discretion.

🚚 Exchange Logistics
   •    All exchanges must be coordinated in-store, unless otherwise arranged.
   •    The customer is responsible for returning the item to our Winton location or covering any transportation costs.
